• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the meeting recordings, transcripts, and notes you create in Memcircle. By using our service, you grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Record conversations without the consent of all participants
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Meeting summaries and action items are generated using AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Always verify important information with the original recording or participants.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Memcircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memcircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
